Not bad, an old turnaround joke, nothing to worry about there
The animation was quite nice
As you said, it wasn't too clear that he actually picked up the rock the first time around, but it's not too much of an issue I think so don't beat yourself up about it
The sound was clean and simple, the inclusion of the song, I thought, was not necessary as your own sounds were fine
Good effort, I hope we can see some more from you in the future!

All in all it wasn't too bad

The sounds were nice, it's good to see some DBZ flash with the voices from the show in them, a lot of the time it's just people doing their own voice-overs
Some of the sprites you used were chopped off at the top I noticed, especially the blue explosion towards the beginning
I don't understand why there was a big rectangualr Kakashi throughout it though? Any explanation for that? >.<

I can't say that the flash was particularly brilliant
The sound was choppy and the actual animation wasn't too great

HOWEVER, it is making fun of Runescape, and that's always a good reason to make anything
